1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "p566z," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the p566z online gaming platform accessible at p566z.cam, operated under PAGCOR license and subject to Philippine gaming regulations.
• "You," "User," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the p566z platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account you create and maintain on the p566z platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, account management, and ancillary services provided through the p566z platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your p566z Account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spin credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that governs and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all applicable Philippine laws, PAGCOR regulations, BSP circulars, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), as amended.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p566z. By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the p566z platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the p566z Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from accessing or using online gaming services; and
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the p566z platform. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. p566z conducts mandatory age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in an underage account will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings, which will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The p566z platform is operated under PAGCOR license for the Philippine market. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the p566z platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. p566z does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on p566z, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO);
• A valid personal email address;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older; and
• A secure password of your own creation.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the p566z platform. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or email addresses — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, p566z reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all outstanding wagers, and permanently forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3.5 KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification as required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. You must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport) within the timeframe specified upon registration. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. p566z reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify p566z immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. p566z will not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number must be updated through the account settings page and will require re-verification. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing transactions or account suspension.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. p566z reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances, subject to prior written notification to your registered email address. The administration fee will not reduce your balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed.

4.4 Account Closure by You

You may request the closure of your p566z account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any outstanding wagering obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p566z currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). p566z does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above certain thresholds may require enhanced due diligence documentation pursuant to AMLA requirements. p566z does not charge a deposit fee on any payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests require a fully KYC-verified account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own legal name. p566z does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day;
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: Processed same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time; next business day for requests submitted after 3:00 PM or on non-business days.

p566z reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large withdrawals or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering activity.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

p566z is fully compliant with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR AML guidelines. All significant transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. p566z reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect money laundering, fraud, or related financial crimes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

p566z offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived directly from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Cash balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless specified otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

p566z operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation, and any other conduct that p566z determines in its reasonable discretion to be inconsistent with genuine gaming activity. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, p566z reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that are not converted to cash balance through completion of the applicable wagering requirement within the expiry period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the p566z platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

7.2 Randomness & RNG Certification

All random-outcome games on the p566z platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified to comply with PAGCOR fairness standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all slot games are disclosed within the game information panels.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, p566z reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to your balance. p566z will not honor any winning claims resulting from a technical error or malfunction. The decision of p566z's technical operations team in respect of malfunctions is final.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

All wagers are subject to acceptance by p566z. A wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance. p566z reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors or system errors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the p566z platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or with platform employees to influence the outcome of any game;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or sports betting strategy that is designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, where such activity is conducted at a scale that constitutes abuse of the platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing p566z staff or other platform users; and
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

p566z reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

p566z is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users of the platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all p566z account holders at no charge through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which your session will automatically end.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing your net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the p566z platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business hour. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.

9.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

p566z enforces a strict 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age is verified during KYC document review. If at any time p566z has reason to believe that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any funds will be returned to the deposit source.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and game assets displayed on the p566z platform are the intellectual property of p566z or its licensed third-party game providers, and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p566z platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the p566z platform without the prior written consent of p566z.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• p566z provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• p566z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• p566z's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
• p566z shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, or actions of regulatory authorities.

Nothing in these Terms limits p566z's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

p566z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Underage gambling or age misrepresentation;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against p566z;
• Provision of false or misleading account information; or
• Any conduct that p566z reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or the interests of other players.

In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, p566z reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where withholding of balance is not justified following investigation, remaining funds will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the p566z platform or these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to p566z customer support via live chat or email to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. p566z will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with p566z's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance Department, requesting a formal review. A final decision will be provided within twenty (20) business days of escalation.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures and PAGCOR's published dispute resolution guidelines.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

Any legal proceedings arising in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15 Amendments

p566z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the p566z platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the p566z platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 before the effective date.

The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at p566z.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent material revision.
